A 112,240 sq ft building comprising of 12 upper floors of office accommodation, retail on the ground floor and a basement car park.
Following our appointment in September 2020, we worked closely with the occupiers and landlord to improve communications and experience. As part of this, we appointed a dedicated Building Manager in February 2021. Formal quarterly management meetings were implemented and informal, regular, one-to-one occupier catch-ups.
A number of longstanding M&E matters have since been resolved and a proactive maintenance regime has been implemented.
