Grade II listed building providing 12,500 sq ft of multi-let office accommodation.

Following a full refurbishment of the building, we worked closely with the client, contractor and occupiers to ensure that snagging works were completed in a timely manner. We also set up a service charge budget and new service contracts for the building including a concierge to provide front of house services.

We assisted the letting agents and solicitors throughout the leasing period which included arranging access, assistance with CPSEs, reviewing occupier fit out proposals and also welcoming the new occupiers to the building.
