Amy Soar

Amy is the CEO of Helix and is responsible for overseeing the direction of the business. She manages the relationships with all of our key clients and closely monitors service delivery to ensure that we always meet and exceed expectations. Amy is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience of property and asset management. She joined Helix in 2013 and was promoted to CEO in 2017.

David Cullum

David is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience. He joined Helix in 2005 as the Financial Controller and was promoted to Finance Director in 2010. David manages the accounting team, ensuring that whilst they follow processes rigidly, they also remain adaptable in order to meet our clients’ individual requirements.

Rick Slater

Rick is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in property and asset management. Rick specialises in multi-let office buildings, analysing service charges to identify potential cost savings and improvement to service.

Abigail van der Berg

Abby is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. She joined Helix as an Associate Director in 2016 and was promoted to Director in 2017. Abby has worked across all asset classes for various institutional clients, pension funds and high net worth individuals. Abby now specialises in managing prime Central London offices and has dealt with a number of buildings take-ons and set-ups, as well as assisting with large client redevelopment projects.

Alex Walker

Alex has over ten years’ experience in facilities management and has worked in various sectors. He joined Helix as a Facilities Manager in 2021.

Anna Flys

Anna has three years’ experience working as a Purchase Ledger Accountant with Helix. She is currently finishing AAT Qualifications Advanced Level 3 in accounting.

Anna Peacock

Anna joined Helix in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Facilities Manager in 2020.

Andy Hill

Andy is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience managing commercial property across a spectrum of asset classes for a variety of foreign and domestic clients. Andy joined Helix as a Director in March 2020 and focusses on stakeholder engagement to maintain positive, mutually beneficial relationships, quality of service and reputational strength.

Andrew Searle

Andy has over 30 years’ experience in facilities management and has previously worked as Head of Facilities, managing a portfolio retail and commercial properties. He joined Helix as a Regional Facilities Manager in 2021.

Anthony Ashby

Anthony is a qualified FCCA accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the property industry. He joined Helix as a Fund Accountant in 2003.

Ben West

Ben is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience of property and asset management. He joined Helix in 2012 as a Property Manager, before being promoted to Associate Director in 2013 and Director in 2017. Ben currently manages properties in all asset classes on a nationwide basis and also regularly reviews internal Helix processes.

Carla Sanchis

Carla joined Helix in 2021 as a Property Accounts Administrator. She was previously employed by a contractor who works with Helix, which gave her a good insight into property management. Now she assists our experienced accountants.

Catherine has almost 20 years’ experience working in the investment agency and development sectors. She joined Helix in 2017 as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to Property & Asset Manager in 2019.

Charlene joined Helix in 2011 as a Service Charge Accountant Assistant before being promoted to a Service Charge Accountant in 2012.

Charlie joined Helix in 2019 as Assistant Property Manager after completing his Master’s degree at the University of Manchester.

Dawn has over 15 years of experience in facilities management. Dawn joined Helix in 2012 and following her promotion to Head of Facilities Management in 2017, leads the team in terms of compliance, sustainability and innovation.

Emma has over 15 years’ experience working in property and client accounting. She joined Helix in 2018 as a Property Accountant and was promoted to Financial Controller in 2019.

Fatima joined Helix as an Assistant Property Manager in 2018 and is currently enrolled in the Flexible Real Estate MSc programme at the University of Reading. She is also working towards the APC assessment and hopes to sit in 2021.

Jackqueline has worked in property management for over 15 years for both large private and corporate property investors. She joined Helix as a Property Accountant in 2016.

Katherine is a Chartered Surveyor with three years’ experience in the industry. She joined Helix in 2021.

She manages a mixed portfolio of assets across the UK. Laura has handled several buildings take-ons and assisted clients with redevelopment projects.
