Amy Soar

Amy is the Managing Director of Helix and is responsible for overseeing the direction of the business. She manages the relationships with all of our key clients and closely monitors service delivery to ensure that we always meet and exceed expectations. Amy is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience of property and asset management. She joined Helix in 2013 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2017.

David Cullum

David is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 24 years’ experience. He joined Helix in 2005 as the Financial Controller and was promoted to Finance Director in 2010. David manages the accounting team, ensuring that whilst they follow processes rigidly, they also remain adaptable in order to meet our clients’ individual requirements.

Ivan Harrison

Ivan is a Chartered Surveyor with 19 years of experience in the commercial property sector. He joined Hines in 2014, as part of the asset management team, responsible for overseeing operations across the Hines UK portfolio. In 2016, he established our in-house platform, aparto, for purpose-built student accommodation. Currently, as the Head of Operations in the UK and a member of the Helix and aparto boards, Ivan focuses on client relationships, business development, leading the Design for Management team, and advancing our ESG and decarbonization strategies.

Alexandra Finlayson

Alexandra is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in property and asset management. She joined Helix in 2022 as a Director with responsibility for managing Central London Prime office space.

Alexandra’s experience includes the management of both Landmark properties and those with complex service charges. In addition she was one of the first RICS appointed service charge consultants, confirming her in-depth knowledge of service charge and the management thereof. Her transfer to Helix has allowed her to concentrate on her main interest of multi let office properties.

Andy Hill

Andy is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience managing commercial property across a spectrum of asset classes for a variety of foreign and domestic clients. Andy joined Helix as a Director in March 2020 and focusses on stakeholder engagement to maintain positive, mutually beneficial relationships, quality of service and reputational strength.

Alfie Shaw

Alfie is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and joined Helix in June 2022 after achieving a first-class BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University. Alfie has 3 years’ experience in property and asset management, working within various asset classes, including Industrial, Retail and Multi-let central London offices for various high net worth individuals and institutional clients.

Alice Thornton-Kemsley

Alice joined Helix in October 2023 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2025. She holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management. Alice works predominantly in the management of central London office space and mixed-use assets for a range of institutional clients.

Anna Flys

Anna joined Helix in 2017 as a Purchase Ledger Accountant. She is qualified accountant with AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting. She has excellent interpersonal skills and builds good relationships with all our suppliers, dealing with all payments and queries.

Anna Peacock

Anna joined Helix in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Facilities Manager in 2020. Anna is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management in a variety of multi-let regional assets.

Anthony Ashby

Anthony is a qualified FCCA accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the property industry. He joined Helix as a Client Accountant in 2003.

Bibiana Sujova

Bibiana joined the Helix Head Office team in November 2022 as a Client Accountant.

Brian Vaz

Brian has over 18 years’ experience in client and property accounting and has been working at Helix since 2005.

Chi Phan Ho

Chi has extensive knowledge and experience in property accounting in shopping centres and multi-let premises. She has worked in property management for over 18 years and has experience in both client, service charge accounting and Tramps accounting package. Chi previously worked at Colliers International for 17 years before moving to Helix on both investment and occupier teams.

Chi joined Helix in September 2022 as a Service Charge Accountant and manages the service charges for the clients.

Christy Peters

Christy joined Helix in September 2025 as a Graduate Surveyor after completing her undergraduate degree in Real Estate at the University of Westminster. She is part of a team managing a diverse portfolio of properties. Christy primarily focuses on the management of office space throughout the UK, supporting the delivery of high-quality property management services.

Clare Galea

Clare joined Helix in April 2025 as Property Administrator.

Daniel Poulter

Daniel joined Helix in August 2023 as a Graduate Surveyor after completing his Undergraduate Degree at Oxford Brookes University. He has since been involved with a range of asset classes, conducting inspections, handling tenant queries or issues and joining a team with multiple properties throughout the UK. Working closely with the Property Management, Facilities Management and Accounting teams within Helix, striving to provide a range of property management services.

Dawn Thompson

Dawn has over 20 years experience in the facilities management industry.  Dawn joined Helix in 2012 and following her promotion to Head of Facilities Management in 2017, leads the team in providing occupational excellence across all areas including compliance, ESG and innovation.

Debbie Bevan

Debbie has over 20 years’ experience in property and management accounting and has been working at Helix since 2005.

Emma Mahoney

Emma has over 20 years’ experience working in property and client accounting. She joined Helix in 2018 as a Property Accountant and was promoted to Financial Controller in 2019.

Fleur Powlson

Fleur qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2022 and has nearly 5 years’ experience in property and asset management. Fleur joined Helix in December 2023 as a Senior Surveyor and has worked across various asset classes for numerous clients.

Francesca Mulcrone

Francesca joined Helix in August 2024, as Head of Service Charge, and is responsible for the Service Charge Accountants for Helix managed properties. She has over 12 years’ experience in the property industry, covering Commercial, Residential, Retail, Industrial and Agricultural. Her previous roles in Norfolk and London have always been focused on Property Finance – including Property Accounts, Client Accounts and Service Charge.

Gus MacLeod

Gus joined Helix in September 2025 as a Graduate Surveyor after completing his Undergraduate Degree in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University. Gus predominately assists managing prime central London office space and is working towards becoming a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Harry Woolley

Harry qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2009 and has over 18 years’ experience in the property industry. He joined Helix in October 2025 after seven years at JLL working on behalf of an institutional investor across all sectors. Harry now focuses on Central London trophy assets.

James Lydon

James joined Helix in January 2022 as Property Accounts Administrator.

Jada-Mai Howard

Jada joined Helix in 2025 as a Property Accountant, bringing expertise in managing diverse property accounts. She has worked in the field since 2021, previously serving as a Client Accountant overseeing Commercial, Residential, and Agricultural portfolios. Jada holds a Level 3 AAT qualification and is committed to advancing her career by pursuing Level 4 accreditation.

Jane Rukin-White

Jane is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience of property and asset management. Jane joined Helix in 2023 and has worked across numerous asset classes for various institutional clients and pension funds managing prime Central London assets. Jane also works with clients on their design for management projects as part of their redevelopment strategies.

John Oliver

John is a qualified Chartered Accountant with almost 10 years’ combined experience working both in audit practice and for the past 3 years in the property and real estate industry.

John joined Helix in August 2023 and prior to that worked as a Group Financial Accountant for a large real estate investment company.

Jonathan Bayfield

Jonathan has over ten years’ experience in the industry and has worked in various sectors, including service provision and facilities management. He joined Helix as a Facilities Manager in December 2021 and was promoted to Senior Facilities Manager in November 2024.

Katie Yeomans

Katie joined Helix in November 2021 as Facilities Coordinator with several years’ experience in both commercial and residential property administration. Katie was promoted to Facilities Manager in 2022.

Kinga Boruc

Kinga is a highly skilled professional with over 12 years of experience managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. She joined Helix in December 2024 as a Senior Facilities Manager, focusing on operational excellence and student satisfaction while overseeing the aparto student accommodation portfolio. Kinga previously worked for Helix a decade ago, bringing extensive experience in property management, including expertise in property maintenance, tenant relations, and budget management. She holds the membership grade of Member (MIWFM) and is IOSH / NEBOSH qualified, with a proven track record of optimising operations, enhancing property value, and delivering outstanding client service.

Laura Cook

Laura is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over ten years’ experience of property and asset management. Laura joined Helix in 2011 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2019. She manages a mixed portfolio of assets across the UK. Laura has handled several buildings take-ons and assisted clients with redevelopment projects.

Laura Turner

Laura is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 12 years’ experience in the property industry She joined Helix as an Associate Director in 2017 and was promoted to Director in 2019. Laura specialises in the management of Central London trophy assets.

Lee Price

Lee has over 18 years’ experience in facilities management. Lee joined Helix in 2006 and was promoted to Head of Health & Safety in 2018.

Lizzie Jeffcock

Lizzie joined Helix in September 2024 as Graduate Surveyor.

Lucia Maslowska

Lucia joined Helix in November 2024 as Office Administrator.

Lucie Mettam

Lucie has over 15 years’ experience in client and property accounting and has been working at Helix since 2008.

Manuela Delgado

Manuela Delgado is a MARLA and AAT Level 2 qualified professional with over six years of experience as a property accountant in the real estate industry. She joined Helix in January 2024 and is responsible for providing clients with reporting that meets their individual requirements, resolving any queries from internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy of property accounts.

Marco Prins

Marco is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and joined Helix in October 2022 as Senior Surveyor and was promoted to Associate Director in March 2024. Marco has worked across various asset classes for various institutional clients, pension funds and high net worth individuals.

Maria Rizai

Maria is a Business graduate and a current CIPD Student (Level 7 in People Management) with over 10 years of admin experience, with a strong focus on Executive Assistance and office/facilities management. Since April 2022, she has been an Executive Assistant at Helix, overseeing HR, Marketing, and supporting the board directors as their EA.

Martin Rivers

Martin has been working within the FM industry for over 17 years, experiencing various sectors within this time. He joined Helix in 2016 and worked his way up to Senior Facilities Manager looking after a varied portfolio of properties.

Matt Gifford

Matt has over nine years’ experience in client and property accounting and has been working at Helix since 2019.

Mya Guerra

Mya has 16 years’ experience of client and service charge accounting. She joined Helix in 2016.

Natasha Blackman

Natasha is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with a Masters in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University. Natasha joined Helix in 2023 and provides Property and Asset Management services to a range of high net worth individuals and institutional clients across various asset classes.

Nassima Loothfaully

Nassima joined Helix in January 2024 as Facilities Co-ordinator, and has over 5 years experience in assisting Facilities Managers with the security and safety aspects of multi-let buildings, spanning 12,474 square feet and 30,000 square feet.

Awarded Level 3 in Safety for Managers from NCRQ and IOSH Managing Safely.

Neil Buckland

Neil is a qualified FCCA Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry and has been working at Helix since 2003.

Nicole Carroll

Nicole has 18 years’ experience in service charge accounting. She joined Helix in January 2019 as a Service Charge Accountant and changed roles to become a Property Administrator in January 2020. She was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in August 2022.

Nicole Eguchi

Nicole is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over nine years’ experience of property and asset management. She joined Helix in 2015 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2021. Nicole’s property management portfolio mainly comprises of central London multi-let offices.

Oliver Lunt

Oliver is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with nearly 5 years’ experience in property and asset management, he joined Helix in June 2023 and was promoted to Associate Director in March 2025. Having studied for a master’s degree alongside his work, he achieved chartership in November 2022. Oliver has worked mainly for institutional and private overseas clients across a range of different property classes, now with a focus on managing Central London prime office spaces.

Phil Keys

Phil is a qualified procurement professional with over 20 years’ experience working across multiple industries, with a focus on facilities and property management. Phil joined Helix in January 2024 and oversees procurement activity for all services across the Helix, Hines UK and aparto portfolio.

Phil works at all levels of the business supporting property specific operational requirements and companywide strategic initiatives, such as ESG and supply chain optimisation.

Rachael Adamson

Rachael has recently been promoted to a Senior Facilities Manager and is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management in a variety of multi-let assets within Central London.

She is a Certified Member of IWFM and a RICS Chartered Surveyor within Facilities Management with over 8 years’ experience working in facilities.

Prior to joining Helix in February 2022, Rachael worked as a Reginal Facilities Manager at Workman managing commercial properties for high profile property investors and developers.

Rhea Bowley

Rhea is an LPC-qualified Law Graduate who joined Helix in October 2025 as a Property Administrator. With over seven years of strong administrative experience, she brings a wealth of organisational and operational expertise to the team. In her role, Rhea provides vital support to the Property Management team, ensuring the smooth running of their daily operations.

Rhianna Franzese

Rhianna joined Helix in 2022 as a Purchase Ledger Accountant.

Simone Martin

Simone is an AAT Level 2 qualified with over eight years experience in accounting within the property sector. She joined Helix in 2023 as a Property Accounts Administrator.

Sarah Haber

Sarah joined Helix in December 2024, following an internship with Hines on the European Management Services team. She delivers placemaking and engagement strategies across Helix-managed properties, ranging from quarterly occupier event toolkits and customer journey mapping to hospitality training and vendor partnerships. With a background in tech and user experience, she brings a data-driven and design-minded perspective that supports effective service delivery and enhances the occupier journey.

Sarah McQueen

Sarah joined Helix in August 2024 as a Facilities Manager. Sarah has over ten years experience working for Managing Agents and in Facilities Management, and has extensive knowledge managing commercial buildings and mixed-use properties. Sarah has passed her NEBOSH certification in Health and Safety and holds level 3 ILM in Facilities Management.

Sanaa Mahmood

Sanaa joined Helix in March 2024 as Property Administrator, and is a business graduate with approximately 5 years’ experience in administration. Prior to joining Helix Sanaa was managing accounts for one of Europe’s biggest purchasers of consumer and business Loans. This consisted heavily of debt collection, dealing with accounts in arrears and building/ maintaining relationships with key clients. These transferrable skills are very relevant to Sana’s role at Helix.

Sarah Weaver

Sarah joined Helix as a Director in May 2025, and has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. Sarah specialises in mobilisations and design for management, with a focus on London mixed-use and large office buildings. Sarah has worked for various institutional clients, pension funds and high net worth individuals from across the globe, bringing a global and local experience to property management.

Torq Smith

Torq is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 18 years’ experience of property and asset management.  Torq has worked across numerous asset classes for various institutional clients and pension funds.  He manages a mixed portfolio of assets across the UK.

Trudy Hallewell

Trudy has over 19 years’ experience working in property and asset management and over 25 years’ experience in the property industry and has been working at Helix since 2001.
