Amy Soar

Amy is the Managing Director of Helix and is responsible for overseeing the direction of the business. She manages the relationships with all of our key clients and closely monitors service delivery to ensure that we always meet and exceed expectations. Amy is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience of property and asset management. She joined Helix in 2013 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2017.

David Cullum

David is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 23 years’ experience. He joined Helix in 2005 as the Financial Controller and was promoted to Finance Director in 2010. David manages the accounting team, ensuring that whilst they follow processes rigidly, they also remain adaptable in order to meet our clients’ individual requirements.

Ivan Harrison

Ivan is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 18 years’ experience working in the commercial property arena. Ivan joined Hines in 2014 overseeing operations across the Hines UK portfolio. His focus, working alongside the existing Helix board, is on business development, elevating occupier experience, deployment of smart technologies and integrating ESG in our approach to Management Services.

Rick Slater

Rick is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in property and asset management. Rick specialises in multi-let office buildings, analysing service charges to identify potential cost savings and improvement to service.

Abigail van der Berg

Abby is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. She joined Helix as an Associate Director in 2016 and was promoted to Director in 2017. Abby has worked across all asset classes for various institutional clients, pension funds and high net worth individuals. Abby now specialises in managing prime Central London offices and has dealt with a number of buildings take-ons and set-ups, as well as assisting with large client redevelopment projects.

Alexandra Finlayson

Alexandra joined Helix as a Director in November 2022.

A. O’Hara

Alex is a chartered surveyor and has over 5 years’ experience in managing commercial assets throughout the UK for Institutional, Private and Property Company clients. Alex graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University in 2018 and achieved chartered status with the RICS in 2021.

Andy Hill

Andy is a Chartered Surveyor with over 18 years’ experience managing commercial property across a spectrum of asset classes for a variety of foreign and domestic clients. Andy joined Helix as a Director in March 2020 and focusses on stakeholder engagement to maintain positive, mutually beneficial relationships, quality of service and reputational strength.

Alfie Shaw

Alfie graduated from Oxford Brookes University with First Class Honours, and joined Helix in June 2022 as a Graduate Surveyor.

Alice Thornton-Kemsley

Alice joined Helix in October 2023 as a Graduate Surveyor.  Having completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Exeter, she is now completing her master’s in real estate from the University of College Estate Management. Alice predominantly manages prime Central London office space, and mixed-use assets throughout the UK.

Andrew Searle

Andy has over 40 years’ experience in facilities management and has previously worked as Head of Facilities, managing a portfolio retail and commercial properties. He joined Helix as a Regional Facilities Manager in 2021.

Anna Flys

Anna joined Helix in 2017 as a Purchase Ledger Accountant. She is qualified accountant with AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting. She has excellent interpersonal skills and builds good relationships with all our suppliers, dealing with all payments and queries.

Anna Peacock

Anna joined Helix in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Facilities Manager in 2020.

Anthony Ashby

Anthony is a qualified FCCA accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the property industry. He joined Helix as a Client Accountant in 2003.

Bibiana Sujova

Bibiana joined the Helix Head Office team in November 2022 as a Client Accountant.

Brian Vaz

Brian has over 18 years’ experience in client and property accounting and has been working at Helix since 2005.

Chi Phan Ho

Chi has extensive knowledge and experience in property accounting in shopping centres and multi-let premises. She has worked in property management for over 18 years and has experience in both client, service charge accounting and Tramps accounting package. Chi previously worked at Colliers International for 17 years before moving to Helix on both investment and occupier teams.

Chi joined Helix in September 2022 as a Service Charge Accountant and manages the service charges for the clients.

Daniel Poulter

Daniel joined Helix in August 2023 as a Graduate Surveyor after completing his Undergraduate Degree at Oxford Brookes University. He has since been involved with a range of asset classes, conducting inspections, handling tenant queries or issues and joining a team with multiple properties throughout the UK. Working closely with the Property Management, Facilities Management and Accounting teams within Helix, striving to provide a range of property management services.

Dawn Thompson

Dawn has over 19 years experience in the facilities management industry.  Dawn joined Helix in 2012 and following her promotion to Head of Facilities Management in 2017, leads the team in providing occupational excellence across all areas including compliance, ESG and innovation.

Debbie Bevan

Debbie has over 20 years’ experience in property and management accounting and has been working at Helix since 2005.

Emma Mahoney

Emma has over 20 years’ experience working in property and client accounting. She joined Helix in 2018 as a Property Accountant and was promoted to Financial Controller in 2019.

Ethan Richards

“Ethan joined Helix in September 2022 as a graduate surveyor, following completion of his undergraduate degree in Real Estate. Since starting at Helix, Ethan has worked with a number of high-net worth individuals and real estate funds. He has successfully negotiated a number of lease events and has worked closely with his clients to produce a variety of cash flow projections to assist in asset management strategies.

Fleur Powlson

Fleur qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2022 and has nearly 5 years’ experience in property and asset management. Fleur joined Helix in December 2023 as a Senior Surveyor and has worked across various asset classes for numerous clients.

Freddie Corner

Freddie joined Helix in May 2023 as a Graduate Surveyor. Since then, he has gained extensive experience spanning multiple asset classes while serving a broad spectrum of institutional clients, funds and high net worth individuals.

Jackqueline Harris-Noonan

Jackqueline has worked in property management for over 15 years for both large private and corporate property investors. She joined Helix as a Property Accountant in 2016.

James Lydon

Jane Rukin-White

Jane is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 9 years’ experience of property and asset management. Jane joined Helix in 2023 and has worked across numerous asset classes for various institutional clients and pension funds managing prime Central London assets.

Jemima Dart

Jemima joined Helix in 2022 as a Graduate Surveyor after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Oxford Brookes.

John Oliver

John is a qualified Chartered Accountant with almost 10 years’ combined experience working both in audit practice and for the past 3 years in the property and real estate industry.

John joined Helix in August 2023 and prior to that worked as a Group Financial Accountant for a large real estate investment company.

Jonathan Bayfield

Jonathan has over ten years’ experience in the industry and has worked in various sectors, including service provision and facilities management. He joined Helix as a Facilities Manager in December 2021.

Katie Yeomans

Katie joined Helix in November 2021 as Facilities Coordinator with several years’ experience in both commercial and residential property administration. Katie was promoted to Facilities Manager in 2022.

Laura Cook

Laura is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over ten years’ experience of property and asset management. Laura joined Helix in 2011 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2019. She manages a mixed portfolio of assets across the UK. Laura has handled several buildings take-ons and assisted clients with redevelopment projects.

Laura Turner

Laura is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 12 years’ experience in the property industry She joined Helix as an Associate Director in 2017 and was promoted to Director in 2019. Laura specialises in the management of Central London trophy assets.

Lee Price

Lee has over 18 years’ experience in facilities management. Lee joined Helix in 2006 and was promoted to Head of Health & Safety in 2018.

Louise Griffin

Louise has over 5 years of experience in Property Management and joined Helix in November 2018 as Office Manager. Louise was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in June 2019 and then Surveyor in March 2024.

Lucie Mettam

Lucie has over 15 years’ experience in client and property accounting and has been working at Helix since 2008.

Manuela Delgado

Manuela Delgado is a MARLA and AAT Level 2 qualified professional with over six years of experience as a property accountant in the real estate industry. She joined Helix in January 2024 and is responsible for providing clients with reporting that meets their individual requirements, resolving any queries from internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy of property accounts.

Marco Prins

Marco is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and joined Helix in October 2022 as Senior Surveyor and was promoted to Associate Director in March 2024. Marco has worked across various asset classes for various institutional clients, pension funds and high net worth individuals.

Maria Morgan

Maria is a qualified Accounting Technician and has over 25 years of experience of property accounting. Maria joined the Helix team in 2004.

Maria Rizai

Maria is a Business graduate with over 10 years of admin experience, with a strong focus on Executive Assistance and office/facilities management. Since April 2022, she has been an Executive Assistant at Helix, handling HR, Marketing, and supporting the board directors as their EA.

Marianna Tarka

Marianna joined Helix in 2015 as Accounts Assistant and was promoted to Service Charge Accountant in 2017.

Martin Rivers

Martin has been working within the FM industry for over 17 years, experiencing various sectors within this time. He joined Helix in 2016 and worked his way up to Senior Facilities Manager looking after a varied portfolio of properties.

Matt Gifford

Matt has over nine years’ experience in client and property accounting and has been working at Helix since 2019.

Milla M.

Milla joined Helix in October 2023 as Office Administrator.

Mya Guerra

Mya has 16 years’ experience of client and service charge accounting. She joined Helix in 2016.

Natasha Blackman

Natasha joined Helix in 2023 as a Graduate Surveyor after completing her master’s degree from Oxford Brookes University. Before joining Helix, she worked in the residential sector.

Nassima Loothfaully

Nassima joined Helix in January 2024 as Facilities Co-ordinator, and has over 5 years experience in assisting Facilities Managers with the security and safety aspects of multi-let buildings, spanning 12,474 square feet and 30,000 square feet.

Awarded Level 3 in Safety for Managers from NCRQ and IOSH Managing Safely.

Neil Buckland

Neil is a qualified FCCA Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry and has been working at Helix since 2003.

Nicole Carroll

Nicole has 18 years’ experience in service charge accounting. She joined Helix in January 2019 as a Service Charge Accountant and changed roles to become a Property Administrator in January 2020. She was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in August 2022.

Nicole Eguchi (née High)

Nicole is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over eight years’ experience of property and asset management. She joined Helix in 2015 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2021. Nicole’s property management portfolio mainly comprises of central London multi-let offices.

Oliver Lunt

Oliver is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with nearly 5 years’ experience in property and asset management, he joined Helix in June 2023 and was promoted to Senior Surveyor in April 2024. Having studied for a master’s degree alongside his work, he achieved chartership in November 2022. Oliver has worked mainly for institutional and private overseas clients across a range of different property classes, now with a focus on managing Central London prime office spaces.

Phil Keys

Phil joined Helix in January 2024 as the Procurement Manager.

Rachael Adamson

Rachael has recently been promoted to a Senior Facilities Manager and is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management in a variety of multi-let assets within Central London.

She is a Certified Member of IWFM and a RICS Chartered Surveyor within Facilities Management with over 8 years’ experience working in facilities.

Prior to joining Helix in February 2022, Rachael worked as a Reginal Facilities Manager at Workman managing commercial properties for high profile property investors and developers.

Regina Rose

Regina joined the Helix Head Office team in January 2023 as Property Management Assistant.

Rehana Karamat

Rehana joined the Helix Head Office team in February 2023 as Purchase Ledger Assistant. She has 2 years’ experience in both the commercial and residential property industry. She has also completed her AAT Level 2 in Accounting and has worked as an Accounts Receivable Administrator and Accounts Assistant.

Rhianna Franzese

Rhianna joined Helix in 2022 as a Purchase Ledger Accountant.

Simone Martin

Simone joined Helix in July 2023 as Property Accounts Administrator.

Robert Marcuccilli

Rob has over 5 years’ experience in the property industry including landlord and tenant, and property management. He joined Helix in early 2023 as a Surveyor and currently manages retail and industrial properties throughout the UK. Rob previously worked in Property Management at NHS Property Services working on a portfolio of health centres in South & Northeast London.

Ruben Smit

Ruben holds a MSc in Real Estate Finance, a BSc (Hons) in Property Studies and has been working in the commercial real estate industry for more than 10 years. In addition to previously being an asset manager for a REIT, Ruben has experience in client-side property management and has also provided real estate consultancy services. Ruben joined Helix in March 2024 as Surveyor.

Sean Martin

Sean has been in the facilities and property management industry for over 15 years, having worked both client and service providers’ side. Sean’s portfolio is predominantly City of London commercial office space.

Sanaa Mahmood

Sanaa joined Helix in March 2024 as Property Administrator, and is a business graduate with approximately 5 years’ experience in administration. Prior to joining Helix Sanaa was managing accounts for one of Europe’s biggest purchasers of consumer and business Loans. This consisted heavily of debt collection, dealing with accounts in arrears and building/ maintaining relationships with key clients. These transferrable skills are very relevant to Sana’s role at Helix.

Sophia Manning

Sophia joined Helix in October 2023 as Senior Facilities Manager and is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management within her portfolio, ranging across Manchester, London & Maidenhead.

She is a Certified Member of IWFM and has over 20 years’ experience in the FM industry. Properties under her responsibility have ranged from retail, warehouse, commercial office and laboratories.

Suba Shanmugavel

Suba joined Helix in July 2023 as Surveyor.

Trudy Hallewell

Trudy has over 19 years’ experience working in property and asset management and over 25 years’ experience in the property industry and has been working at Helix since 2001.

Zachariah Watson

Zachariah joined the Helix Head Office team in January 2023 as a Service Charge Assistant.
