3.5 acre estate arranged in two blocks, comprising 260,730 sq ft of mixed-use across 12 buildings, 20 retail and leisure units and 85 residential flats.
We introduced an estate app to improve occupier experience and communication with the landlord. This allows occupiers to advertise and share events as well as encouraging collaboration on marketing initiatives.
We created a new event space to host regular activities for occupiers such as yoga, food markets and a Christmas fair to enhance the sense of community and encourage new occupiers to the estate.
