The Grainhouse reached PC in July 2023, with involvement from the outset, supporting due diligence on acquisition, Design for Management role throughout the design period, supporting witnessing and commissioning and mobilisation of the building ahead of practical completion. We currently manage the property, provide corporate accounting, integrated facilities management services to 60% of the occupied office space.

 

 

We have scoped and developed out a smart building platform, in partnership with Spart Spaces, to manage all of the landlord and occupiers’ requirements.

  • Net Zero Carbon in Operations based on UKGBC NZC Definition – predicted energy intensity of 91 kWh/m2/year against a target of 130 kWh/m2/year for 2020-25 and aligns with the UKGBC target of 90 kWh/m2/year for 2025-30.
  • Indoor air quality monitoring and display within reception and via the app.
  • BREEAM Excellent, WiredScore Platinum, Smartscore Platinum, ISO 14001 Certified
  • Well Building Standard Platinum (Cat A & B) Target and on track to be certified
