We achieved ISO14001 accreditation at the building through sustainability initiatives resulting in a 12.5% annual reduction in energy consumption.

To improve the occupier and visitor experience in the main entrance to the building, we introduced a new front of house ‘meet and greet’ position, installed a new business lounge with refreshments and arrange regular events to support local businesses.
