It includes but is not limited to client and tenant liaison, maintaining a schedule of lease events, management of the service charge budget and reviewing expenditure regularly, providing quarterly reports to the client, reviewing and processing tenant applications for alterations, assignments or subletting.

Corporate reporting is the process of bringing together the information from the property accounting together with the corporate reporting data in order to prepare and provide management accounts. Our corporate accountants are able to produce bespoke, client-tailored financial reports. These can be quarterly management accounts for a standalone property company or more complex reporting for a large company or multi-property group.
This typically includes preparation and submission of VAT returns, preparation of quarterly management accounts, preparation of group reporting schedules and loan covenant compliance.
We currently provide corporate reporting services for 35 clients in the following jurisdictions: United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Luxembourg, Thailand, British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, Bahrain and Lebanon. We report to accountants, trustees, directors and banks.
