We know we can deliver, but we want you to as well. These examples show our ability to provide maximum value and enable a property to reach its full potential.
Appointed in 2011 to manage the property, our expert team identified an asset opportunity and developed an exit strategy placing tenants on short flexible leases.
By developing a comprehensive exit strategy, this enabled our development partners Alaska to create a scheme which aims to revitalise and open up a historic building and vaults in Whitcomb Street on the west side of Trafalgar Square.
Planning permission was submitted to Westminster City Council and was approved in January 2015. The completed development will restore 3-5 Whitcomb Street and the historic vaults, improving the retail and pedestrian environment, in turn increasing the overall asset value significantly.
Appointed in 2011, there were high expectations for us to not only improve day-to-day management, but also to look at the long-term potential of this asset.
Our remarkable team took on a comprehensive service charge review, scrutinised the accounts and identified income opportunities as tenants changed.
This dedication resulted in a 15% reduction of the service charge rate, a refund of £115,000 for the tenants and a 25% increase in rents. But most importantly, we have forged exceptional relationships with our tenants that drive us to be better day on day.
Located in the heart of the West End, we took on the management of the 1980’s building in 2011 on behalf of a fund with the intention to increase the overall value of the property.
We developed an extensive asset management strategy, and appointed our development partners Alaska to transform the building into contemporary Grade A office accommodation arranged over ground and five upper floors all with terraced areas.
The re-development completed in May 2015 resulting in a 50% increase in rental income and increasing the overall value of our client’s asset by over 100%.
